In skyrim what is the max bonus to smithing possible?

I can enchant armor to fortify smithing by 25%. Now can I use that on every piece of armor to get a 150% increase or is the max 100%?

Answer: You can only use fortify smithing on four pieces. Those four pieces would be:

Armour, Gloves, Amulet and the ring.

So yes, the max is 100%. Although you could use a max strength fortify smithing potion.
