What dungeons should I do in Skyrim?

I've just started Skyrim.
I'm level 11 battlemage and just joined the College of Winterhold and the thieves guild. I've completed the main quest through returning the horn to the Greybeards. I want to know what dungeons and quests I should do. I want to get some good loot and level. I tried to do Volskygge but the Draugr mages were to strong with their frost autronachs.

I personally recommend doing the questlines before exploring random dungeons. The reason for this being that MANY of the dungeons are actually part of quests, and clearing them may render you unable to complete the associated quest if you try to enter the dungeon again before the NPC's respawn.

Here are some questlines you can do:

College of Winterhold (finish it)
Thieves Guild (finish it)
Companion's Guild
Dark Brotherhood
Civil War
Daedric Quests (these quests aren't "lines," but they give you the best items in the game)
