I heard its outside Windhelm but all found were these three farms. Could someone share a video or tell me exactly where to find it since I want 2 marry Shahvee. Ex. How far away is it from the farms? Is it South, North, where?

Its on the docks of Windhelm, I believe there's a door to it in the Grey District (The Dunmer area) I think you can see it from the bridge/stables and it's also where the East Empire warehouse is. (iirc)
Its pretty much across the river area from the stables and has a few boats docked there.
Shahvee should be working on the leather tanning rack there.
I've also heard a few people complaining about her though, because you need to do her 'Favour quest' to get her to marry you and she sometimes doesn't give you the choice it start the quest.
