just got Skyrim, and i need dragon souls, but every time (apart from the first one) i die. I usually use bow and arrow but doesnt do much damage.

Combine techniques. Instead of just the bow and arrow, cast spells as well. When the dragon lands, run up to its side and hack away. Stay away from the head and tail.
