I have a little curiosity of what happens to Jarl Balgruuf after you help the stormcloaks to take over whiterun. he disapears or he is somewhere else?

Answer: I know initially he goes to the jail, but after he is apprehended he does disappear. That is because Grey Mane becomes the new jarl.
