Where and how do you get married in skyrim?

I know you can get married in skyrim because ive seen the achievement, but how and where do i get married?

Answer: You can get married anytime and anywhere. First you must have an amulet of Mara to get married. To get this amulet you either have to complete the Book of Love quest or you can purchase one from Maramal, who is a monk in the temple of mara in riften for 200 septims. The amulet gives certain new dialogue options with various NPCs in the game. You have to do a quest for the person first, then it will give you the option to propose marriage.
