What would be the best race for a conjuration build on Skyrim?

I was wondering what would be best race for conjuration on Skyrim where summons are cast and bound sword and a shield is used?

Also it may sound a bit weird, but would the Orc be a bad choice for this? I ask this because it has the berserk rage racial skill and was wondering if that would be good with the bound sword?

Also what would be good secondary skills trees to level up with conjuration? single-handed for the bound sword for example?

Answer: I think an orc would be a great choice, with bound sword too much mana will not be needed to get the job done. When you use bound sword, the one handed skill will also get up at the same time, so if you plan on using bound sword, raise your one handed before you are able to get bound sword. I would suggest a heavy armor build if you are using melee weapons.
